Strategic Partnership formed with Shengyang Bicycles
The first day of the show was highlighted by a strategic partnership signing ceremony between DAHON and Shengyang Bicycles (SYB). Themed “DAHON & Shengyang Leading the Way", the two parties officially announced their cooperation to provide Taiwanese consumers with DAHON’s high quality and top performing bicycles, marking a key milestone in DAHON’s expansion in the Taiwanese market.
The official signing ceremony was officiated by Dr. David Hon, Founder of DAHON, and Mr. Chang Pai-hsiung, CEO of SYB, joined by distinguished guests from the cycling industry.

Vélodon A4 won the TCS 2025 Innovation Design Award
In addition, DAHON’s Vélodon A4, the first aluminum frame road bicycle designed with D-VELO technology, has been awarded the TCS 2025 Innovation Design Award. Featuring its outstanding creativity in frame design, Vélodon A4 stood out from over 150 global entries. The classic triangular eagle-shaped aluminum frame consists of Soaring Seat Stay and Dual Curved Cone, boasting an exceptional frame stiffness which is 37.9% higher than standard aluminum road bicycle frames. The low-step design of the top-tube is a thoughtful design to accommodate riders of various heights, allowing more petite cyclists to experience the thrill of road racing.
D-VELO Technology Suite making Breakthrough
The centerpiece of DAHON technology showcase was its revolutionary D-VELO technology suite, a proprietary system which achieves outstanding improvement in bicycle frame design, thus improving speed performance across DAHON’s product portfolio, from folding bicycles to road bicycles.
