DAHON Return / Cancellation Procedures and Conditions
Please be aware that DAHON is “Not” responsible for any damages during transit due to poor packing. It is customer's responsibility to pack the item well for transit purpose. This condition must be agreed by customer before this warranty request can be processed. If in doubt, please contact DAHON warranty department. A copy of the RA form must be signed and included with warranty item for warranty process purpose. RA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box. DAHON reserves the right to reject all items without an RMA number under any condition.
