In the past we kept a database of owners who had registered their bike and were sometimes able to assist with retrieving your serial number, which may have been helpful for police investigations and insurance claims. Due to the way in which this data was collected, and the demands of keeping it secure and up to date, we no longer retain this database! If you register your bike for an extended warranty you must ensure you keep your bike data email.
