Bike orders are shipped from Dahon North America's Illinois warehouse UPS ground.

Individual parts and accessory orders are also shipped from our warehouse via traceable US Postal Service Priority Mail service at a flat rate charge.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Transit time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on delivery location. Typical delivery is 3-4 business days for most Continental USA destinations but may vary on seasonal volumes.

Tracking notification is sent via system generated email when the order has been processed for shipment.

If a customer account is created during checkout, you can login to your account to review order and shipping history.

Ship to Local Retailer Option

DAHON North America also offers the option to have your bike delivered to a local retailer in your area.
